This unique 1980s dwelling was in need of major updating when it was bought by it’s current owner. Poulter Architects provided working drawings for the whole reroof including improved airtightness, using woodfibre insulation and recladding of the existing bay windows.
The property has also benefitted from new triple glazing throughout, MVHR and ASHP installation making a much more energy efficient and comfortable home.
