This project in the Peak District National Park involved converting an existing double garage into an annex for the use of relatives.
It included raising and reroofing the existing building to create a bedroom within the roof using natural stone for the walls and roofing.
The project benefits from the use of MVHR and heating and hot water is provided by an Air Source Heat Pump.
