Seb is a chartered architect with 16 years post qualification experience. Seb has extensive experience in all aspects of housing, masterplanning, mixed use, care homes, urban design and urban regeneration.

 

Formerly an Associate at PRP Architects in Manchester, Seb led major masterplanning, housing and regeneration projects across the Northwest including numerous award-winning housing schemes. Prior to PRP Architects, Seb was a Project Architect at Proctor and Matthews in London delivering innovative schemes across the Southeast including extensive development of modular off-site build techniques for urban infill sites, and many UK firsts in sustainability and low energy in housing.

 

In 2010 Seb joined Jeremy at Poulter Architects delivering housing projects across the North.  In 2012 Seb relocated to the South where he has continued to deliver high quality and innovative housing projects across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.

 

Seb lives near Petersfield, Hampshire with his wife and 2 young children.
