An existing attached outbuilding, to a large brick villa, this building has now been converted into a two bedroom annex to the main dwelling.
The works involved taking the existing structure back to its brickwork shell. A new roof, first floor structure, new window and door openings and it’s complete internal fit out.
The new home provides independent living for an elderly relative adjacent to the main home.
